2023 Music City Grand Prix

 

On August 4, 2023 I was fortunate to attend the preliminary races for the Nashville Grand Prix along with my Grandson and his Step-Brother, courtesy of tickets provided to our Legion Post.  The day started out pretty rainy but we had a great time and got to see the American Legion trailer, meet fellow veterans, and enjoy watching the event.  The day turned out to be quite nice, very cloudy, but not too hot.  Here are a few pictures I took at the event.

For those of you who do not know, the American Legion sponsored Indy car is driven by Alex Palou and ended up finishing 3rd at the Nashville race but is currently 1st in the Championship series.
